Delivery Information

GTA Deliveries are available. We recommend booking several days ahead of your project to avoid delays.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver during our business hours between 8am-7:30pm. Unfortunately, we can not provide delivery times on any scheduled days. Homeowners do not have to be present at time of delivery but is recommended.

 

DELAYS and RESCHEDULING

Please note that delays and rescheduling may happen due to rain, supply or unforeseen events that are out of our control. We will do our best to contact you as soon as we can if delivery will be rescheduled or later in the day.

On days where rain is expected, we may not deliver soils. These products stick to the trucks, become saturated, heavy and muddy. Aggregates such as, 3/4 Clear or Screenings, brick and mulches may be available for delivery on light rain days.

FEES

Delivery fees are non-refundable regardless of it being dropped or not, and ALL bulk products are final sale. Delivery fees are charged per truck load. If you need a delivery more than once, the fee is charged for each truck load, each time. Delivery fees are separate from the cost of the product. They are calculated based on location, type of product and type of truck required for delivery. All fees are outlined at the time of purchase. Skid/pallet deposits may also be applicable.

SKID/PALLET DEPOSITS

When delivering interlock, sod or bagged products, skid deposits are required for the return of the skid/pallet. A standard $40 each will be charged and refunded when returned back to us.

RESTOCKING FEES

An industry standard 20% restocking fees apply on all unopened, sealed, unused product and brick. Receipts MUST be present. ALL BULK PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE, once the product is dropped, it is the responsibility of the customer/homeowner.

DELIVERY DROP LOCATIONS

All bulk products will be delivered and dropped to the end of the DRIVEWAY ONLY. We can not leave deliveries on roadways, sidewalks, curbs or grass areas. Driveways must be clear of vehicles or obstacles (ie power lines, trees etc.) for our trucks to access. We may decline delivery if drop areas are not suitable or safe for the product to be dropped and delivery fees will not be refunded.​
